Longtime Judson friend, author, and MD Lina Abujamra concludes our series in The Lord's Prayer with episode 4 of WHAT NEXT. The biggest thing that holds people back from their next is how we treat others. If we’re holding on to grudges, feuds, or talking behind someone’s back that preoccupies us from moving forward.

Get ready for episode 3 of our WHAT'S NEXT series. One day at a time. Many of us are used to planning months and weeks in advance. Jesus encourages us to think one day at a time. We look for God to provide daily. When we live day-by-day we don’t get spun up into the future and can live in the present, it’s the key to joy.
